The consultation form prepares an email containing the details you enter. The website does not submit or store these details. If you send the draft from your email app, our coordination team receives that email. We do not collect payment details or run advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To improve our services through aggregate, non-identifying statistics.

Storage & security

Drafts are prepared in your browser and remain there until you copy them or open your email app. Delivery and storage of sent messages depend on your email provider and the recipient mailbox. This website has no inquiry database, records upload service or patient account system. Contact us about access or deletion of emails you have sent.

Sharing

We never sell your personal data. Your medical records are shared with a specific hospital only after you confirm you want to proceed, and only what that hospital needs to prepare a quotation.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing vswtq123@126.com. We respond within 14 days.

Cookies

The homepage uses local storage only to remember your language preference; consultation details are not saved to local storage. The price comparison page requests exchange rates from Frankfurter, which receives ordinary connection information such as your IP address, but no consultation details. Pages also load fonts from Google Fonts. No third-party advertising cookies are set.
