1. The service

HealthBridge connects international patients with hospitals and clinics in mainland China. We provide facilitation: inquiry handling, hospital matching, appointment coordination, interpretation and billing support. Medical care itself is always provided by the hospital, under its own policies and medical licensing.

2. Pricing

All prices shown on this website are estimates in USD, based on typical hospital tier ranges. A final quotation is issued by the hospital only after review of your medical records. HealthBridge charges no markup on hospital fees.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete medical information and records.
• Verify that you are medically fit to travel, with your own physician's approval where appropriate.
• Hold a valid passport and obtain the correct Chinese visa for your trip.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HealthBridge is not liable for the acts, omissions or clinical outcomes of any hospital, physician or third-party provider, nor for travel disruptions, visa decisions or losses arising from decisions made in reliance on website content.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website is the property of HealthBridge and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
